The unit was factory serviced by Wavestream and subsequently underwent a complete ATP validation test in June 2025. All documented ATP tests were successfully passed and the unit was approved by Wavestream Quality Assurance for return to Hughes Network Systems.

During the factory service, Wavestream carried out the following work:

• Replacement of deck modules
• Replacement of Ethernet interface cable
• LUT recalibration over temperature
• Deck re-biasing
• Complete ATP validation testing
• Replacement of dust caps
• Deep cleaning

The final ATP validation was successfully completed on June 25, 2025, and Wavestream Quality Assurance approved the unit on June 26, 2025.
